Poor latex mattresses Shop somewhere else! The $1900 latex mattress we bought last year began sagging like a hammock within three months. They refused to exchange it for another type of mattress. They only offered to "rebuild" it. The problem recurred within three months. Very poor design and quality. Shop somewhere else!

Saggy green bed We purchased an "enviromentally friendly" mattress that uses a soy based foam and a bamboo fabric. We thought that this would be good for the environment in about 20 years. NOT!! It lasted 6 months and we started noticing back pains, shoulder pains and many sleepless nights. The sag is nothing short of 7-8 inches. They want you to do the evaluation of a bad mattress but ask for sag when no one is in the bed! It only sags when you are in the bed... NW bedding will not take it back because they do not guarantee... read more

good mattress I found a firm mattress for a pretty good price. Its high quality and has been great so far. Definatley been sleeping better which has made a big difference. love my new bed.

DON'T GO THERE...!!! I bought a really expensive mattress at the North Division store. I sleep on my stomac, and my back hurts if I don't have a very hard matress. So they custom made one for me with an extra quilted layer to make it harder. After 4 months, the mattress was sagging like crazy! And I'm only 110 pounds! They said they will not exchange it because it was custom made. These people are HORRIBLE, the service is discuting and they treat you like garbage. NW bedding, never again. we spent over $2000.00 thinking we were buying a quality bed. It failed 2 times sagging in the middle. we were so unhappy we were given a new bed (it cost less than half that the original did) after about 2 nights i new it was not a good bed, 2 weeks later of sleeping lousy i tried to get our money back or at least a portion of it, Paul P. said he would give me nothing. we went to Denver matress and bought a new bed, much better, wish we went there first. since this bad experience with NW bedding... ... read more

poor mattress Salesperson was fine. The mattress was horrible!! (Northern Quest Mattress). After 2 monts of horrible sleep and waking several times a night with numb limbs, NW Bedding agreed to "rebuild" the mattress. (for a fee). We dealt with the rudest most unprofesional delivery manager- Larry. He was a complete jerk and made the whole pickup/delivery process a huge pain.
