From the first day we walked in, we were met with smiles, and kindness. No judgement. A wonderful and kind caring team. They made sure our appointments were scheduled back to back since we traveled from Walla Walla. Amazing care!! I would only suggest one thing. For those of us who do travel from out of town, it would be nice to have a packet with hotels close by and restaurants for those allowed to eat, and taxi services.

Had surgery November 2018. Has been life changing. Best decision ever! Dr. Pennings & all are Amazing.
Most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I am a veteran and was referred. As is usual with VA, the paperwork was mixed up. Northwest Bariatrics made the process way more complicated than it should be and then canceled my referral. At this point, I couldn't trust them to perform the surgery even if I got it approved. If their admin staff is this evil, I can't image what would happen under the knife.
Best decision I ever made was coming to see Dr. Pennings, Laurie, Jud and the entire team at Northwest Bariatrics! They have helped me get me life back! They provided me with the best care possible, explaining every step, coaching me through every struggle I had, even staying late in the evening when I had an emergency gall bladder removal surgery! The weekly support group helps keep me on track and educated too. Thank you for always going above and beyond for your patients! Top notch facility!

Best decision I ever made was to come here for my surgery. Dr. Pennings and Bryan are great and the support services are excellent.
