Customer service varies by branch, but Ed at this location has provided the best customer service I have experienced by far. I really do not have any complaints about Northwest. I appreciate receiving my paycheck two days early, having a manageable number of account options, and receiving competitive loan rates. They also work with you to help find the best interest rate or payment option. I like that when I call, I can easily reach the branch directly instead of going through a call center or navigating multiple steps.
Biblically terrible bank. Avoid at all costs
I have been a customer for more than 30 years and they still ask for my License for proof that I have an account. Bad work ethic !
Top-notch banking service. Friendly, professional tellers and excellent business accounts. Julius, the Financial Center Manager, goes above and beyond every time—down-to-earth, efficient, and gets things done. Exactly what you want in a business bank. Highly recommend.
Absolutely worst bank to ever choose. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! OUTDATED ONLINE SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNEDUCATED AND NOT HELPFUL. 60 DAYS TO GET HELP AND STILL SENDING ME THREATENING LETTERS FOR ISSUES THAT DONT EXIST. DO NOT BANK HERE
