This branch is exceptionally good. I’ve been banking with them since 2022. Catherine was its manager who was very efficient and compassionate and so was Sydney who shifted to Lockport. Now Lexus is another good addition. She takes keen interest in her job keeping the costumers satisfied.
Northwest Bank main Street Niagara Falls New York. From branch manager (I believe..Alexus) and Jeanine , right down to the tellers... patient, professional, understanding. 10/10 in my book! PS...however, security guard needs to smile once in a while lol!!
