I was there for the ATM
There was an unauthorized charge on my card, I had the problem fixed, they charged me an overdraft fee even tho the money was returned. I called about the issue and they refused to offer assistance since I have no transportation or anyone fit to supervise an infant. They continued to charge my account then close it. Then sent a debt collector after me and every time I call before I even get to finish saying what the issue is they continuously hang up. Extremely poor customer service all around.
