Went to ATM to withdraw money. Money came out went to retrieve one $20 bill didn't come all the way down. I reached up and door was closing on my hand , I was able to grab the bill. I counted my money and it was short $20. I immediately went in to branch which was getting ready to close. I went to the bank officer who said teller would check ATM, she then proceeded to file a claim. I was sent a denial on dispute and was refused the $20! I called and complained and was sent a final denial letter!! I cant believe the balancing... read more
I’ve been banking here since 2018 when I first opened my business as a young, new, and inexperienced entrepreneur. The customer service has been unparalleled. Lisa, the branch manager, along with Tanner and Katie, have helped me tremendously over the years. The tellers behind the counter have all been exceptional as well. I truly feel valued banking here.

I’ve been treated wonderfully here and Tanner is the goat. I don’t know what all these negative reviews are about but I suppose it’s true that the loudest voices are the most heard. (and the loudest voices are usually the ones that are complaining)
