I've been in Northwest customer for years I used to live on the east side of the state and they provided fantastic excellent customer service whether it was over the phone if something was going to inconvenience the customer they found ways around it ever since I moved to the west side of the state two years ago as of today it has been nothing but garbage service disrespectful non-considerate of the customer satisfaction guarantee and I'm over this bank all you do is drive your customers away you need to close
This bank needs to audited, they closed my account without notification saying it was overdrawn for 45 days but can't show proof. My wife and I opened the account here and they said it was Franklin Street but now the Richland branch had our account but they don't know how. I had a first and third of the month check deposited every month and they taking their time returning my money to SSI & SSD. I haven't had money for two months and talked to someone from SSI and told me the branch just sent my money back yesterday for Sept... read more
