Been banking here for 5-7 years, Never once had an issue. I went to cash a 20 dollar check for the first time and they absolutely refused to cash it!!!! Went to 2 closer banks first and they were fine with cashing it except i didnt have an account with them, so they let me know to go to my bank at north west. PS the check was written by a retired bank teller. I tried asking why they wouldn't accept it and they refused me any answers or service other than "its not your check" Even though it was clearly for me, provided State ... read more
Greg is amazing. He ended the headache of trying to get paperwork for buying our house. Then he helped set up accounts with better interest and answered all of our questions about other accounts. He is really nice and gets things done quickly and has papers ready to go when you get there.
