Website is not currently working and now I’m late on paying a loan payment until they open in the morning to call. Haven’t received any emails or phone calls about their website being down at all for maintenance or anything otherwise I would have made my payment sooner. It’s usually a super easy to use site and can make my payment within minutes
Good customer service
I've been banking with northwest for years and have never had a negative experience. Anytime I've needed to call and speak with someone or go in person all the girls there have been super helpful. Maria Bolhous is a delight and has helped me with a banking issue due to the holidays which had me so stressed out before. I look forward to doing business with northwest for many more years to come
