*************************** was our Loan Agent and she was wonderful from the very first phone call I made to seek financing for our condominium property. She was personable, very knowledgeable and worked very hard and quickly to get our loan application approved. One of the best experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much!!

First National Bank is the worst. We had fradulent activity on an account that we had when we ************ refinanced. The account was for the equity which we never used. Someone got into it and drained over $5k over the period of 4-5 months. After hours at a local branch signing papers and hours on the phone, I have been told they will not reimburse for anything over 60 days. This bank is a joke. STAY AWAY!
Be careful before dealing with this institution.I called all of the phone numbers for this bank today so that I could get the proceeds from my CD that matured yesterday. Nobody answers the phone but they say to leave a message. They did not call me. I finally got to a person and they said that I needed to get transferred to an online customer service person. Well it went to voice mail. i called right back and ******* said that she would send me an e mail to fill out a request to get my funds. Well, she did not send anything.... read more
