Robert went above and beyond for my car with a very difficult to find leak. I can't imagine any other shop operating in such a professional and fair manner as Northwest. I 100% believe this is the best shop in Bakersfield. I probably shouldn't post this because I don't want it to get harder to get service but it is well deserved. 10 STARS!
Robert is a very good person. Very knowledgeable and personable. The owner of the business however is in my opinion an OCD arrogant prick. Why do I say this? Well, as a professional mechanic, mostly working on Mercedes Benz in dealers since 1978, he was by far THE worst, most controlling boss I've ever had and believe me when I say I've had quite a few over the years.
