RecommendedI have taken all my vehicles here for several years and have never had a problem. The staff is friendly, pricing is fair and the quality of work is excellent. Christopher is top notch in service and cares about his customers. I have called to just ask him questions and he is always willing to help even if I don’t bring the car in. Will continue to go there for my vehicle needs on both our rigs!
I’ve taken my Audi to this place since I bought it. Drive an hour to get here and with each job, the service takes longer and gets worse. Over 3 hours for a rear brake job. Personally, It took me 30 minutes to do the front. Customer service has gotten worse as well. This will be the last time I take any vehicle to northwest automotive but it won’t be the last time I share the horrible experience
Northwest installed cv axles on our 2009 GX470 they did a great job and so far no leaks or issues. I will use them again.
Was a loyal returning customer, but tired of exhausting $100 diag fees, even if they get the job.. this last fee was $141 and doesn’t even state a single thing wrong with my vehicle. In the past I’m other vehicles they have stated that nothing was wrong, took elsewhere and found the issue. Be cautious with this company. (See below how the owner handles things for yourself)
I went on a mission to find a reliable, honest, respectful auto mechanic after going through a series of bad mechanics. I found it in Northwest Automotive. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. When they weren't able to save my truck they refunded me for all the hours of work they had already put in. I had a great experience with Northwest. Seamless experience with getting my car from Browning via tow truck. They worked with me over the phone, were flexible with what needed to be fixed and what could wait and left my car in great condition to be picked up over the weekend. Thanks!
