I took my car in and 3 times, paid them and was handed the keys... to start the car in their parking lot and have the same issue. I will never put my trust or thousands of dollars in their hands again.

Extremely unprofessional! I was early for my 10:00 appointment for an oil change. I left the keys and told the man at the front desk we’d go grab breakfast and be right back. Upon returning an hour and fifteen minutes later they hadn’t’ even moved my truck. When I confronted him about it he said, “Oh, I didn’t think you’d be waiting.”, even though I told him we would be.
