Recommended5 stars all around. Ernesto listened to us and was eager to help without being pushy. Brian made everything easy when it came to buying the car we picked out. Then Brian helped me get my old car repaired at their on site auto repair (John is also super nice). When I paid for the repair, Brian helped me to then get my old car sold THE SAME DAY! Seriously wonderful service, above and beyond what I could have ever expected and I'm trying to figure out what I can do to repay their generosity and kindness! GO HERE lol

By far the best place we could have went for our very first time buying a car through a lot! They where very helpful. Driving all the way from roseburg was by far well worth it! Although there was a bump in the road they still did right by us and got us into a van that I absolutely love! Zander and Ernesto where so helpful and when we went to get it and sign papers with Ernesto, it was like talking to a friend or something! Overall great experience and very friendly staff. Would most definitely recommend them! ♥️
Thank you a million times to Northwest Auto Group!! Zander went above and beyond to help me drive away in my new 2013 Toyota Corolla that I'm in loooooove with! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership than theirs! This is a bit of a long term review. That being said, we still love our Honda Odyssey! 13 years and 160,000 miles later the used silver minivan that Mike and Brian sold is is rolling strong! Our son is now using it as his first car.
Happy camper!! Good car at a fair price. No pressure, polite, honest and professional staff- went out of their way to answer questions. I would purchase from NW Auto Group again.
