I would not recommend. Through messenger they seem very nice and helpful. However I also spoke with them on the phone and they did not seem kind nor did they seem helpful. Truthfully the way they were on the phone made me not even want to go in person.

I highly recommend checking out Northwest Auto Brokers. They specialize in cars under 10000. Dollars. This is not a buy here pay here. Thier cars are real nice. And financing is always available. And they have a cool Mascot named Bee.
I had a great experience here! I am a young female who just graduated and in need of a new car, came to NWAB and was in great hands. They were knowledgeable, treated me fairly, answered all my questions and worked with me to get what was best for me. Recommend to anyone who needs a car and knows a little or a lot about them!
This business is not worth supporting. It’s sad that businesses treat people the way they do and send out henchmen to do their dirty work. Bashing on social media is uncalled for. Get y’all boy @Northwest Auto Brokers. Unless he’s y’all official spokesperson he’s out here ruining future business for y’all 🤷🏽♀️.
company has to get a handle on their customer service issues. You're getting some bad publicity and your response was horrible.
I refuse to support a place of business that cannot hold themselves accountable in this day and age. I see you had a lot to say in response to a friend of mine that came in recently and you were outrageous. Negative spreads faster than positive and I’m just going to be proof of that. I don’t live in Ohio anymore but I’ll be sure to let all of my friends know to never come here.
They have a great selection of nice affordable cars.
