I have been impressed by the products and the expertise and pr of the salesmen. So much so, that I purchased a bed canopy, running boards and mud flaps for my pickup. Had to leave before I wanted to as I had already hit my limit. I would like to go in there with a lot more money.

NW Auto did a great job for me. I needed a solution to fit my SAR truck and made it so. On top of that I needed it quickly as well. They were able to get all the parts in a limited time and installed. Everyone that was involved did a great job. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.
Ok, so I am going to amend my earlier review just based on my last visit. I met with Mike who went above and beyond to go over everything with me about my canopy and the issues I was having with it. After talking with him in the back of my truck for about 45 minutes he was able to see first hand what was going on. My family and I traveled from the Tri-Cities Wa to get some Bushwacker flares for my rig . I noticed that oil was leaking from the rig . Looked like a high pressure hose blew . I was stranded until the dealership could get it in . The staff at Northwest went above and beyond their duties and helped us out. They made sure my family with a newborn was safe and helped us with numbers for a dealership and car rental. They made sure we were taken care of. Not a good experience 4 me be very careful with this company. Long story short, sent some parts back. Because they couldn't install them. The brush gard they did install was off center. So after a bunch of back pedaling they tried to tell me my truck must have been wrecked and that's the reason why they installed in off center.??? If you do have them do work on your truck I hope they do a better job for you. If not they are skilled in the art of back pedaling
