Avoid this Dental office at all costs. I was debited $1009.50 in error. I informed the front office and was told I would receive remittance as check by mail in 7-10 business days. 10 business days later, no remittance. Front office now says 10- 15 business days. I am unsure if it is incompetence or dishonesty in the front office staff, but this an ongoing pattern of behavior over the last 18 months I was a patient there. I am far from the only person they have done this to.
