Unprofessional. Wastes your time. Flushes your money down the drain. They’re the only game in town, and they know it. I was told today that my allergen serum expired 10 weeks ago (March). No word during my last 12 office visits since February. I was told I couldn’t order new serum until I have an appointment. They’re scheduling for over a month out. I pushed back twice, convinced them to order a new batch, and was informed that I’ll be moved back 5 to 7 dosage levels depending on when the new serum arrives. That’s $400.00 i... read more
