My grandson gets his allergy serum from here. almost two months ago he ran out and we have been waiting for someone to let us know that it's ready. Found out 3 weeks ago they needed papers signed. signed the papers and hand delivered them. waited 2 weeks. a nurse called and said they were still waiting for the paperwork. the receptionist had lost them. we are still waiting for someone to contact me that they either found the paperwork or I need to come fill it out again. this is extremely unprofessional. my kids health and s... read more
