RecommendedDr Walker is a gem. I suffered with AERD for 38 years, nose plugged with polyps and no sense of smell. He prescribed a medication that completely cleared up my nose and allowed me to smell. Fantastic. He spends the time to get to know you and he takes the time to answer all of your questions. 5+ stars to him and the staff
I've been on hold for 20 min only go be hung up on! I then put myself on the call list 2x and never received a call back. I'm again on a loonnnggg hold with no end in sight. Couple this with the fact that my son was seen over 1 hour AFTER his appt time the last time we were in so we are done. (This long wait was before Covid so not related to any of that) I will be transferring his care to a new location/clinic and will NOT be using NW Asthma and Allergy anymore.

RecommendedFriendly staff combined with good service and care for make for a pleasant experience. The staff have gone out of their way to help me with scheduling. Recently, a walk-in visit for a routine shot identified the need for an appointment with the doctor. I was offered an on-the-spot non-emergency appointment with the doctor because an appointment slot happened to be available. RecommendedHave gone here for years. Dr. Virant was initially recommended for my son who had asthma and allergies from the time he was 2years old. Fast forward many years and I have encountered asthma and allergies as well.The staff is friendly, proficient and easy to make appts. Dr Virant is professional ,friendly and truly listens .Always feel well taken care of at Northwest Allergy & Asthma!!
