Northwest Asphalt is doing a construction project for the City of Apple Valley. They are constructing a trail head gazebo and patio next to the Risor of Apple Valley 55+ Apartments. The project has been ongoing for months. Two weeks ago dirt and wood chip were pushed out onto the sidewalk and path. With the heavy rains it made walking difficult for the seniors and disabled folks who live in the Risor Apartments.
