We have brought our son here many times, and every visit has been an excellent experience. Dr. Simon always takes the time to explain our son’s current condition and what we can expect in the future. Before we even have a chance to ask our questions, Dr. Simon answers them in advance with clear and detailed explanations, which gives us confidence and peace of mind. We also appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team.
We have had bad experience after bad experience here including not letting me breastfeed my newborn in the exam room after we had been waiting for a long time. Then Dr. Virginia Thomas told me to go to my car to feed her (she was 3 days old).
