I have always been an anxious dental patient, even when it just comes to cleanings. But NWA Family Dental has completely changed my outlook! The hygienists are so friendly and patient. Dr. Kifer really took his time with my issues and seems to genuinely care about patient-health. Can’t recommend them enough!
My husband and I both recently visited NWA Family Dental upon moving here and could not be more pleased with our experience! The staff here is wonderful and so kind and made our appointments go smoothly! Everything was explained to us in detail and we got to meet Dr. Kifer who was extremely nice and professional! Thanks for making our experience the best it could be!!
This was such a warm and welcoming experience. From the 1st visit I felt like I walked into a family living room. It was warm, inviting and everyone was extremely welcoming, from administration to the techs and dentist. Excellent care and very satisfied . I have recommended this practice to my friends already. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The office is efficient. Waiting room is large and comfortable. The procedures were explained well. At the end of the visit I knew the state of my teeth. The bill was reasonable given the time that the staff spent with me. Dr. Kifer is a personable gentleman.
THESE PEOPLE TAKE CARE OF YOU LIKE YOU ARE LOVING FAMILY AND SO ARE THEY. YOU WILL NEVER BE UNHAPPY ABOUT THEIR WORK OR THEIR INTEGRITY. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM. THEY DO WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE DONE AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOU.
At our age we have been through many dentist in the long process of living. Dental care is one vital part of living a long health life. Dr. Kifer is one of those dentist that is caring and is staying on the cutting edge of the dental profession. He spends his time learning, practicing, and teaching dentistry. I have never liked going to the dentist BUT this place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and nice. I do enjoy going to the dentist now. This is the only place I’ll go now! I tell all my family and friends they should go here too.
I suddenly found myself with TMJ and had no idea what to do, but Dr. Kifer and his team did! They have been FANTASTIC through my whole ideal which included breaking a crown on my front tooth and moving out of state. They all went above and beyond many times over with accommodating my travel schedule (yes, I came back to Fayetteville just to have them work on my teeth), my orthodontia (TMJ, remember?) and getting the perfect match for my front teeth.
