I have visited this office quite frequently recently, and would like to note down some of my happiest moments there, to show my sincere gratitude to this wonderful team. I love Dr. Johnson for her pursuit of perfection when dealing with my crowns and cavities. My husband and I have been coming to this office for years and it’s always been great; however, they went above and beyond for my little boy. Ashley and Dr. Johnson did a fantastic “happy visit” with him - it created such a positive memory of the dentist’s office. So impressed.
I can not say enough great things about Dr. Johnson and her staff! From the first call to my latest appointment recently, everyone in this office was kind, friendly and very welcoming! They always know who I am and call me by name when I walk through the door. I have been a patient at Northwest Arkansas Family Dental and have always been impressed with the attention and care I receive when going to maintenance appointments, as well as the couple times I had crowns installed. While not fun, the care and follow up has always been spot-on. Thanks!
My daughter has high anxiety when it comes to needles. We tried a new dentist due to insurance and had a horrible experience for a filling. When it fell out, I just called NWA Family Dental to fix it as I knew the quality of work they did. Dr. Kifer was so kind and did his best to ease my daughter's anxiety. He corrected the filling work and made sure we were good with it. He talked my daughter through the whole procedure and after we left she said, "I am so glad you brought me back here." We will be returning for sure!
Dr Johnson is an outstanding dentist. She also is incredibly proficient doing cosmetic injections. I have always needed a “touch up” after Botox in the past. Dr Johnson got it perfect the first time. She is gentle and professional, but does excellent work as well. I highly recommend her as a dentist and injector!
First class staff, dr. Kifer is the best dentist I have ever had. He redid a crown twice for free as he didn’t like how it looked.
I normally see a different dentist. I am in need of an extraction and in implant. I reached out to NWA Family Dental and within minutes I had a call from them asking how they could help. I went to my initial appt where I was promptly greeted by Hansen at the front. Within minutes, Ashley called me back and put me at ease. Meeting Dr. Johnson was great also. She took time to explain the procedure and it just felt like home. I loved it so much I have switched my routine dental care to them!
