The staff at Northwest Family Dental are simply the best. Professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do; in fact, I came back from Pennsylvania for some extensive dental work simply because I trusted them to do it right. They did not disappoint! They even worked around my crazy travel schedule. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them!

Dr. Kifer helped me get a diagnosis of sleep apnea after 2.5 years, 3 dentists and 2 trips to the endodontist. He took the time to listen to my symptoms, and recommended “ruling it out” before just assuming my teeth clenching and headaches were due to stress. At my last regular checkup, my young son complained of a toothache. Rather than brush him off, Dr. Kifer had him hop onto the chair. He had an abscessed tooth! Dr. Johnson, Maddie and Whitney were all great! Super happy with my experience here, from the front desk to the clinical team everyone was so warm, friendly and genuine. I also appreciated their honesty and conservative approach to treatment needs. I really felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Johnson was so gentle - girl knows how to give an injection, did not feel a thing!! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care :)
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northwest Arkansas Family Dental! After trying another dentist for a while and being unhappy with the customer service and overall experience, a friend recommended Dr. Kifer. The whole staff is extremely knowledgeable (ongoing professional development every year!), the hygienists are all so friendly (shoutout to Ashley Price!) and the front desk and check out is top notch service.
These guys are great! My oldest son needed to get in immediately. They bent over backwards to take care of him, while communicating the entire time. Great teamwork!
