Update Re: building maintenance & lack of accountability I continue to be astonished by the lack of communication provided by NorthWest. I came home after a very work heavy day to my windows, window screens, and A/C window installation in shambles. The screens and A/C were pushed in and windows vaguely shut. Awful company, never renting with them again after being a client for 2 years. Do yourself a favor and dont rent with them if you care about your safety and well being.
My partner and I provided notice to vacate our apartment not even an hour after the 20 day notice deadline, and they are still holding us responsible for the next month. If you call, they will not answer your calls and will text you instead; and even then, you can only speak to the property manager who answers to upper management. After speaking with our property manager, she told us that we cannot possibly in any way contact upper management to present our situation to them.
