I love my apartment and the building, but the managers/owners/leasing agents are impossible to contact and never respond. I genuinely think no one works here.

Up until we moved out, I thought Keira Lampman and Northwest office were fairly transparent, professional, and direct about communications related to maintenance and rent; my partner & I always paid rent on time and caused zero disturbances to other tenants. Avoid Northwest Apartments at all costs! As you’ll see in the reviews below, they are a shady, scummy landlord. Unfortunately, they manage countless apartments around central Seattle that are relatively affordable, which attracts many renters. The workers at this agency are anything but transparent. A lot of the photos of the apartments they have online are reused from years past and they hide the bad parts of the apartment by not taking photos of them and putting them on the Internet for people to see. They also lie in the descriptions of the apartments and say there's a bathtub or a dishwasher or a spacious bathroom. When that is not the case.
