Send this company to hell. Worst management company ive ever had the displeasure to rent from. No communication, multiple junk fees, and they ripped our entire deposit and want extra. Never rent from this avaricious, lecherous place
Horrible management team and maintenance — it’s a scam. They will rob you of your entire security deposit, charging you for their own maintenance mistakes, $800 for tiny holes left from screws in the wall. While living here, I witnessed the building next to mine (also managed by NW Apartments) partially crumble to the ground. People could have been killed. DO NOT SIGN HERE
I love my apartment and the building, but the managers/owners/leasing agents are impossible to contact and never respond. I genuinely think no one works here.
My partner & I rented a unit in Hoven Apartments from Northwest during our two years of grad school. Up until we moved out, I thought Keira Lampman and Northwest office were fairly transparent, professional, and direct about communications related to maintenance and rent; my partner & I always paid rent on time and caused zero disturbances to other tenants.
