The workers at this agency are anything but transparent. A lot of the photos of the apartments they have online are reused from years past and they hide the bad parts of the apartment by not taking photos of them and putting them on the Internet for people to see. They also lie in the descriptions of the apartments and say there's a bathtub or a dishwasher or a spacious bathroom. When that is not the case. ❗️IMPORTANT INFO PLZ READ❗️I had a very unprofessional experience with this leasing agency. I recommend Redside Partners or Cornell and Associates or BSPSeattle. Good things were maintenance was amazing and Beau who gave me tours was kind and knowledgeable. Northwest Apartments really shows its true colors when you move out -- that’s when you discover your security deposit is gone and you supposedly owe them hundreds of $$$ more. After six years as a responsible tenant who left the unit clean and in good condition, I received a bill for hundreds of dollars in “repairs,” most of which were clearly inflated or baseless. Update Re: building maintenance & lack of accountability I continue to be astonished by the lack of communication provided by NorthWest. I came home after a very work heavy day to my windows, window screens, and A/C window installation in shambles. The screens and A/C were pushed in and windows vaguely shut.
