My partner and I provided notice to vacate our apartment not even an hour after the 20 day notice deadline, and they are still holding us responsible for the next month. If you call, they will not answer your calls and will text you instead; and even then, you can only speak to the property manager who answers to upper management. Amy Lamken was incredible to work with! She went above and beyond to help me find units that were matching what I was looking for. Due to other circumstances I ended up staying at my current place, but will 100% be contacting Amy again when I am ready to move!
