Caring, loving, kind, invested, compassionate, honest, attentive - these are just a few words that describe Dr. Riegger and the staff. Our dog Tay was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumors in June 2017. In my wildest imagination I couldn't have asked for any better care than what he received. Even though we lost the battle, I'm so thankful for everyone that supported us through our fight against this horrible disease.
The doctors are good and saved my dogs life. I am grateful for that. However, the pricing is a little extreme. They gave me one quote and billed another. It was definitely sticker shock! It was worked out in the end but I had to argue my point.
I decided to try the Northwest Animal Clinic and couldn't be happier. They treated my Ollie boy so well and their prices can't be beat. I'm going to start taking all my pets there now ;-)
First impressions can make or break a relationship and my first impression was excellent. From the front desk staff to Dr. Riegger I was treated with friendliness and professionalism. I look forward to a long standing relationship with this clinic for my family.
