They need more compassion & communication within the office. Spoke with Dr. Rigger today, he had no clue what was going on with my dog? He told me to pick up my dogs records he didn’t want to see him🥺🐶💔Got a call from a dermatologist saying Dr. Rigger referred me? News to me Dr. Rigger has not even seen my dog🤔 Sometime it’s tme the move on when your best interest is not a priority.
RecommendedWe have been using NW for almost 20 years for our pets (dogs and cats) and have had exceptional service for them. Dr. Riegger saved one of our dogs on two occasions and recently Dr. Falk performed emergency surgery on one of our dogs after a coyote attack. Can't say enough about their professional treatment of our pets.
RecommendedDr. Riegger and the rest of the Northwest staff are wonderful. We adopted a shelter cat named Jax from foster care who had been hit by a car, and as a result had a damaged front leg that in the end had to be amputated. Our regular vet referred us to Dr. Riegger for the surgery, and it couldn’t have gone better. Jax has bounced back and adapted so amazingly well, and the doctor and staff have gone above and beyond with calls and texts to check on him post-surgery. Thank you Northwest on behalf of #JaxTheWonderCat! ❤️

RecommendedOur fur babies are always treated with compassion and kindness at NWAC. Very recently, we had to say goodbye to our old boy with cancer and we were given emotional support, respect and privacy by everyone at the clinic. I know they do this for all of their families. To the docs and staff: thank you all for your kind care. You treated Dallas and watched him fade for nearly two years. We still have our other doggies that mean so much to us and I know you will care for them as you always have.
