I was recently assessed here. Mostly professional but the person I worked with was pretty new to assessing and not so professional. I say this from comparing to another person I know getting assessed there as well and their assessor (?) sounded better at the job. Mine would often add opinionated commentary and/or information I probably shouldn’t have heard because I did find a lot of it triggering. I am so frustrated with this place. You're working with people who have adhd. Who have object permanence issues and frequently forget things. To get treated here you have to set up a barrage of appointments you will not remember in order to get diagnosed, even if you already had a previous diagnosis. I was told I'd have to continue seeing the counselors throughout the process and when I told them that I already had a therapist I get along with they offered group therapy. Great. STAY AWAY!!! They are way too corporate and don't develop actual relationships with their patients. They are single handedly the worst psychiatry company I’ve ever dealt with. They are purely a money grabbing company and it’s disgusting. They have no true understanding of someone’s problems and are spread too thin for the terrible services they offer. They will not remember anything you say and you will be stuck playing phone tag with their offices trying to fix their mistakes.
