Northwest Abstract have helped me with several real estate transactions and the experience has always been good. Their staff are helpful and responsive. My organization had an extremely complicated land purchase that requires lots of extra work. The staff at Northwest helped us navigate all the difficult things related to escrow and title searches and helped us close on a really difficult transaction.
Been trying to get a hold of Marissa; never receive a call back. Sold my house almost a year ago and this company is still holding thousands of dollars of mine. Not sure what's going on but looks as though I may have to hire an attorney or contact BBB

I work with Class Abstract/Northwest Abstract professionally and I highly recommend them. I've worked with Jenn, Julie, Megan and Mike and they are all great. Everyone is responsive via email and they are easy and pleasant to work with. Jenn handles their title documents and as a mortgage processor, I can say she is by far one of the most organized and easy to work title reps that I work with. Great team to work with!
