Avoid Northwell Ophthalmology – Absolutely Unacceptable Wait Times I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 PM and wasn’t seen until 3:45 PM. Waiting two full hours past my appointment time is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. There was no meaningful communication or apology from the staff about the delay. This practice is a joke, no one responses or calls you back. 3 days and counting no prescription sent and over 8 convos with “someone” In their office.
I had a great experience there as a transplant recipient. I had some issues with my eyes, but they treated me wonderfully
