Unfortunately, Camille always cannot find my information in the system. It’s unfortunate if I was prescribed something and it’s not documented in my chart. Everything should be documented. If I could give 0 stars, that would be more than fitting for the care provided at this facility. Being younger than 30, my concerns were not taken seriously by Julia Chachere, NP and the gaslighting was outrageous. After asking for simple blood work testing that could provide insight to what was causing my symptoms, the provider looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and implied I did not understand my own health needs. Such a rude staff. First time came and they made me wait 45 minutes second time i went 15 minutes late and they didn’t take me for my prenatal care as they said we have to reschedule because you were late. What about when I waited 45 minutes and you weren’t sorry about it. They are super mean and rude especially the front desk receptionist.

As other reviewers have noted, this practice is less than impressive. I have come here for my 2 pregnancies out of convenience (closest practice to me), and both times have decided to switch part way through to another practice - including driving an hour out of my way each way to find a practice that's more professional, on top of things and considerate. So far this location is 10x better than the wading river location. I was in and out for my appointment in a timely manor, the girls at the front desk are kind and helpful, and Julia the midwife was amazing! She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed which can happen a lot for check ups during pregnancy. I do agree with other reviews that this office needs more female Doctors though.
