The appointment was at 4 pm I understand I was late 7 minutes but to have me wait an entire hour to have other people go ahead of me just because the doctor was out the week prior is ridiculous I drove half an hour and they said I may run into the same issue if I reschedule for the upcoming weeks when this exam is for my insurance to continue coverage. Dr Gao is phenomenal BUT Avoid this office! Incompetent support staff will have you waiting in their exam rooms for an HOUR WHILE PREGNANT! Go to the huntington location instead! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Im sad to say that after many years of going to Dr Gianni that I was extremely let down by the care and also the office. I had felt a lump in my breast that felt different then a normal cyst. It was also very red implying there was an infection. Nervous i called the office first thing at 9am. All day, i was waiting for them to just take 5 min to see me as this was not a reg routine checkup as this was a big scare.
