Terrible! Idk how they have 4.0 stars. I came here at night for issues with my stomach, connecting to my throat, and some pain around my ears. I saw Kevin Leshinsky, who is a PA there with the guy who took his notes prior to him seeing me. Wish I recall his name. First, their scrubs were stained and did not look tidy at all for such setting, especiallythe one who took the notes prior to the PA. It made me uncomfortable while he was doing the examination. It’s really hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the staff is friendly and professional, and other times you end up dealing with Donnie, the rude guy who sometimes answers the phone. On two separate occasions he’s been unpleasant, cutting me off mid‑conversation and even raising his voice. It’s unacceptable and makes the whole experience frustrating.
Visited this office today as a walk in. Was seen in less than 10 minutes. Entire staff was very professional and sympathetic to my needs. Great experience. Keep up the great work.
