Great, friendly staff! I arrived early and they attended to me right away. I also liked the way the PA explained everything.
I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. I’ve been to several Northwell facilities before and have had good experiences, which is why this visit was so surprising. The front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional from the start, which immediately set a negative tone. The medical assistant also did not seem properly trained—it honestly felt like they were unprepared for BASIC responsibilities.
