DON’T GO here if you have insurance! It is a completely scam.. my experience with their billing department has been extremely frustrating. I was charged twice for the same service and, despite calling more than 10 times and providing all requested documentation, including EOBs and EORs, the issue remains unresolved - still double paid after one year later. Visited same day with almost no wait and super helpful staff.
Doctor was great. Beware of hidden "global" fees in your billing that skyrocket your bill amount. Deceitful billing practices. To see a doctor for a 20 minute strep test cost me $575 (+ the strep test fee which is fine). I have insurance so I paid out of pocket $300
They couldn’t even tell me if my insurance was accepted. The guy at the front desk said “I think it will, but I don’t know until I run your card”. He also didn’t know what the out of pocket would be if my insurance wasn’t accepted and three out a couple different guesses. Dismissive tone like he couldn’t be bothered.
