I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and very likely experiencing a miscarriage. This is already an incredibly emotional, painful, and uncertain time. On Friday, I went to Northwell to have bloodwork done because I wasn’t sure I would be able to get in to see my OBGYN that same day. I came here expecting urgent care services, but was told they only treat ear infections and very minor issues, and they don’t have the equipment to handle anything beyond that. I was not treated and was sent away. Based on my experience, this location does not provide the range of services I would expect from an urgent care center. If you’re seeking care for anything beyond very minor issues, you may want to save your time and go elsewhere (maybe CityMD).
