I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the service. The staff at the reception kindly provided a translator because my English was not strong enough to clearly describe my symptoms. The doctor was excellent. Thank you very much.
I guess I’ll be the only one to complain about this unless the whole entire staff had an off day. I was called to a room and waited for at least 10 minutes for the nurse to come in. They kept passing by and kept looking in my room and kept going. The PA that was in told the person before me and clearly heard him say to the person next to me that he recommended us all to go to the hospital.
