Worst experience ever. We had to call the office 10 times (with multiple 20min wait on hold) before they were willing to return a call which is basic test results that was done and available one week ago. They tested on our 9-month old baby for allergy for only two items instead of a full panel of allergens. Waste of time and blood and claimed the blood test wasn’t the most accurate result after all the hassle, waiting and baby crying?! I will avoid this office and dr Jabber 1000%.

I had to follow up them every time myself.They said they would send my daughter's doctor note for school within about two weeks,but I never received it. She took the blood allegy test twice,but even though they said they would email the results ,I never received them either time. And Her doctor in charge was changed,but there was no proper handover. It was very stressful because I couldn't get it touch with them and felt there was no sense of responsibility.

Such an awesome experience at this location John and Tiffany makes my trip here worthwhile! I live in queens so traffic coming is always terrible but the staff makes it bearable. Thank you John and Tiffany for your service

My daughter had an amazing experience with Dr Coscia. Dr. Coscia and her staff have amazing bedside manners and are great with children. My daughter is 5 and was not an easy patient to use a lancet with, but they all knew exactly what to do. I recommend this office. They are definitely worth the wait.
