RecommendedWe moved here from FLA in February of 2013. Recently a new company bought out the old one and I couldn't be happier. We just switch apartments a couple weeks ago, to a upgraded one and I love it!! Paige is the property manager and Kim is the head of maintenance, 2 great women! They really care about everyone that lives here and they love animals! This is the only apt. Complex in Northville that has 3 bedroom apartments and allows pets!!

Very friendly staff! I was at the pool today with my nieces and nephews, and Bettina and Barry (leasing office staff) came out with popsicles for all the kids! I've never seen an apartment complex do this! They made us feel very welcome �
If I did not have to move I would still be here, an all-around great place to live!
