My mother was a tenant for several years and while she was there she was assaulted and cheated out of her security deposit. The assault occurred about a year ago and she received permanent injuries. All they did about it was laugh at her. They kept her deposit and charged her an extra $150 because she didn't clean behind the refrigerator and stove. She is 76 years old. Really? You would have to change management. Review the lease..$200 to clean carpet... you pay for normal wear and tear
It is a very nice comfortable happy place. We have free heat for the cold weather. We also have central air!! In each and every apartment, we have washer and dryers! That is all furnished. We also have dish washers in each apartment. I am very glad to be here!!
