I moved in a month ago, the AC condenser has and makes a very loud grinding noise so you can not sleep if it's running the staff has been out 4 times now to tell me corporate will not approve the repairs because the AC is not broken yet and thier budget yet they are hosting a tea party today. Now I am worried when it completely goes out will they address it or will i be left without AC. I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to signing a lease here.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place does not care about its tenants and tries to avoid taking any responsibility for issues with their apartments. In an issue that was entirely caused by their building, they refused to make any sort of recessions or accommodations. Their staff has been unhelpful and frankly refuse to take responsibility for actions and provide adequate compromises for issues caused by their neglect. They lie through emails and refuse to acknowledge issues raised by tenants. I cannot speak poorly enough about this... read more
