I am not one to share my views publicly out of respect for situational incidences, I feel like I must comment so other individuals will read this and think VERY hard about moving in. That being said, where is the zero star option? Maintenance is never completed thoroughly. The eves and awnings all fell during the snow and the office wouldn't compensate my neighbor for damage done. The tract on my sliding glass door was compromised, yet the office kept sending maintenance to put new door handles on that would break in a week.... read more

One star is to generous...If you want to live in squalor infested hell than this is your place. RENTERS BEWARE!! rodent infested, mold, mildew, leaks, no noise barrier between walls and ceilings, you hear alarm clocks, people talking and yelling, fans oscillating, sex literally EVERYTHING, with Zero privacy whatsoever. Flooding in garden units because gutters are growing trees, never get cleaned worms in tracks and in carpets in units. Terrible black mold on all decks and outer siding.
