This complex takes a slumlord approach to maintenance issues--my AC unit has been broken for multiple months, and the only thing that maintenance has done is disconnect my thermostat and install two small portable units that quadrupled my electricity cost. Every single time I have called to inquire about the issue, I have been told that it was due to be fixed that day, or I was next on the list, or that maintenance would be calling me--always a lie just to get me off the phone. Great place to live. Very quiet and nice apartment plus the staff is incredibly helpful. Bobby from maintainece can be over in minutes anytime if needed and can resolve any issues very quickly. (Very few maintenence issues). Pool area is super nice as well. Would recommend living here
We have been here for almost a year, and it is amazing. The staff is very nice! The pool is very clean, and maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues. Bobby, one of the Maintenance guys, is super nice and always does a great job whenever needed (not that we even have to call maintenance often). We overlook a beautiful pond, and enjoy our quiet time here.
