Ok place to live. Management and office take 24-72 hours to reply to emails. You're better off physically walking into the office. Studios are better than what you'll find for $1000, but definitely need upgrades.

I’m quite happy with being a resident here. The office workers are kind and maintenance is quick.

Staff was really helpful and friendly upon move-in. But since then I have been less than impressed with a lot of things about these rentals. 1.) While they are at market rate, theyre incredibly small for the price 2.) Staff is unreliable communication-wise. 3.) You will likely need to remind maintenance to follow up on things, which is frustrating. 4.) Amazon has a hell of a time delivering here and there has been no resolution made. 5.) Abysmal living experience. Unbelievable rent for what you get. They don't care about the unruly neighbors, they seem like the enjoy having tenants that pay almost $2k a month parking on the street because there are more abandoned cars than paying tenants it feels. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking.
