***Updating to one star after being absolutely FED UP with the lack of response and service from the office and maintenance. What am I even paying for? Staff was really helpful and friendly upon move-in. But since then I have been less than impressed with a lot of things about these rentals. 1.) While they are at market rate, theyre incredibly small for the price 2.) Staff is unreliable communication-wise. 3.) I am not one to share my views publicly out of respect for situational incidences, I feel like I must comment so other individuals will read this and think VERY hard about moving in. That being said, where is the zero star option? Maintenance is never completed thoroughly. The eves and awnings all fell during the snow and the office wouldn't compensate my neighbor for damage done. The tract on my sliding glass door was compromised, yet the office kept sending maintenance to put new door handles on that would break in a week.... read more
