Well, I see I am not alone here. What a DUMP!!! Mold AND mice (the largest disturbances); I have tons of pics and video as well It literally was raining through my slider in December, and no one responded about it EVER. It has since started to mold and no one cares!!! I'm already laughing at the reply they will post here, to try to save face. **UPDATE!!! Replied to email below, and wouldn't you know it, I still didn't get a response!*** Now adding photos, because still - NO REPLY!!! 🤬

It's a great area but the people leasing are greedy and controlling. They keep trying their hardest not to take physical payment either (checks or cash). How are you going to deny money from someone literally just looking for somewhere to live?
Staff were really helpful and friendly upon move-in. But throughout the year I lived here I ended up being less than impressed with a lot of things about these rentals. 1.) While they are at market rate, theyre incredibly small for the price. I felt very claustrophobic. $1080/month is a lot to end up being uncomfortable. 2.) Staff is unreliable communication-wise, and generally unfriendly after move in. Felt sort of like a bait & switch. 3.)
