On behalf of my 87-year-old mother, who is mostly wheelchair-bound, I want to thank Dr. Diaz and her amazing staff for the exceptional care they provided. From the moment she arrived, the staff went above and beyond—helping her transfer from her wheelchair to the exam chair and assisting her in and out of the bathroom with kindness and patience. i had my first appointment in a long time here today and wow the staff were SO amazing and comforting. i didn’t feel judged at all and just felt very cared for. my team sat and explained things to me very detailed to help me understand what i need to do for my teeth health and they explained it SO kind. i wish i could give more than 5 stars. they definitely went above and beyond to make me feel cared for , it really helped my fears of the dentist i could not recommend coming here more.
At Northview Family Dental my husband and I receive excellent dental care from a team that truly cares about each of us as individuals. Dr. Diaz explains options carefully to her patients, making dental care a positive experience, integrating it into our total health program. Her staff is warm, welcoming, and highly competent. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Dr. Diaz and the whole staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Diaz throughly explained everything that she was doing and what I should expect during my appointment! They made me feel so comfortable and validated all of my concerns! Absolutely love them!
