Monday, August 3, 2020 Caught a road hazard flat tire northbound out of KC. I was fortunate enough to pull into this Lincoln dealer while the last few psi escaped my tire. My truck is a Emerson Fleet Vehicle and I come equippedwith a Corp AmEx. Sorry to hear about your experience Wyane. When you pulled in around 4pm yesterday all of our service tech's were finishing up on customers cars that were due to be completed before closing. We brought out an air bubble to fill up your tire and advised at the time, you could go to the tire shop just up the street and get right in. RecommendedNorthtowne Lincoln WOWED me yesterday; over and over again. I scheduled an appointment for my 2013 MKX to have the ABS and several other warnings lights checked. From the phone for appointment; to pulling car up and being greeted by Dave; then Dave coming to check with me numerous times in the waiting room up-dating me on the status and process; (I watched Dave’s counterparts provide the same level of exemplary customer service to other customers in the waiting room too!). Was looking at cars today at northtowne Lincoln and someone drove up in a Lincoln MKZ. I spoke to him and he said he worked for the dealership. It wasJames Defoe. We talked about the car and tha5 I was interested in a purchase in the near future. He asked if I would like to test drive the mic and he took me for a nice test drive on this Sunday when the dealership was closed. I appreciate this and will test drive another model soon.
