in need of windshield wipers. No part stores had them. called the dealership parts department and Jim was wonderful to help me. He gave me two choices. Got there paid for them and Jim offered to help me put them on. He had problems so he got Todd a Tec to came out to help. They both were kind and helpful to get them on..I was very pleased and treated great
Phenomenal all the way around. Sales, customer service, service and finance depts all great. John Parys was a great sales person to work with as he truly cared about getting me into the right car. Not just selling something. 10/10 recommend working with him. The 2026 Nautilus is an amazing vehicle if you haven’t driven one I’d suggest it.
