Lincoln repaired my vehicle in January of 2023. One of the parts they replaced failed. I called Melissa at the Body Shop and even though they were booking a month out, she worker with the Sere Department and was able to have them assist with diagnostics and had parts ordered and vehicle fixed in a few weeks. And it only took a few weeks due to my schedule. They acknowledged that the part that they put on had failed and replace the part. No questions asked. Great service from Melissa and Phil!
Update: I don't believe it is fair to leave a negative review when the business has gone out of their way to take care of me so I wanted to share that experience. After I left my vehicle they let me know they did replicate most of the issues I had and repaired them under the extended warranty. They did let me know some of the repairs weren't able to be replicated although they ended up taking care of me on what I would've paid out of pocket I would like to note you shouldn't have the expectation that they would take care of ... read more
