Absolutely horrible experience! Can and will provide receipts and pictures. YESTERDAY, I had my door handle fixed, my breaks checked and my catalytic converter replaced (due to a recall) car was dropped off at 9:40am. I get a call yesterday at 11am saying they fixed my door handle. That my breaks were fine it was the backing plates that were scraping so and I quote he said “they’re about $400 to replace and we don’t have any here and would have to order them so we went ahead and took those off for you and we have started rep... read more

I took my car in for an oil change. The next day my check engine light came on. ( this is the third time this has happened here) no one called me . I left a message. With no response I had to get a ride to go down there to see what was going on . They told me my car was being “naughty “. No idea of what that meant. They called me two hours later to tell me nothing is wrong. While they drove my car 65 miles with out putting gas in it . Also they charged me $50 for a tire plug saying there was a staple in it. The Service staff are good at communicating. But it can take weeks to get in, and parts/labor prices are really high.

I brought my Fiat Abarth in on the 13 of June only to find out that I was a week early for my appointment. The Fiat service attendant did not bat an eye, saying, “Oh, there’s only one car ahead of you. We can get you in today that’s no problem.” Not only did they get my oil change completed but they also replaced the bulbs in my headlights and aligned the headlights properly. I was very impressed with everyone’s willingness to complete the work with a positive, customer centered, attitude. Thank you, Damian F.
