Staff was polite waiting time was very good I was in and out within 45 minutes.
The fact I'm leaving a 5-star review for JP of Northtown Auto Group - and didn't buy a car - should say something. I visited their dealership a week ago during my search for an F150. I was ready for the test drive process to be a hassle but JP proved me wrong. The truck was prepped and ready at the door, and I had the keys within 2 minutes. Stay far away. I have purchased multiple vehicles through Northtowne Auto Group and my last vehicle will be the last one I purchase from them. I have also brought them several customers and will ensure that doesn't happen either. They are deceiving in multiple ways. Used car prices are not close to fair market value. They claim they thoroughly inspect each vehicle but give my most recent purchase I can say that is not true. Communication and follow-up is does not happen.
Absolutely love Didi Lazarus, best Volkswagen salesman ever. I just got my I bet you fifth one from Didi. I have sent referrals and all leave with vehicles. But then again I like Volkswagens
