I bought a 41 ft. Wildwood DLX motor home last summer. Delivered mid July 2018. So far the air conditioner has had multiple issues, the gas part on the water heater burned up and we had an LP gas leak. Ever time I have called, the service manager, Steve has been VERY rude. It took them a week to come and check it out after my LP gas alarm went off at 6:30 am for 45 minutes. When the service man came, a gas leak was discovered along with the hot water heater problem. Our salesman Tim was good but Steve in service never disclosed the awning was ripped after they charge $350 to inspect it. I’ve left 3 voicemails for Steve with no return call and I’ve called and left a message for the manager to call me and she never did either! I would never recommend them to anyone....very disappointed no one could call me back and now we have the added cost of paying someone to replace it.
NorthTown Motor Homes helped us get into our first travel trailer. It has some minor factor issues but service took care of them no problem and in a timely fashion. Jacob has always been the one to help us. He is very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is also super patient when you have to spend a long time looking through several of them over and over again with two little kids.😀

Sale went easy and smooth. Service by Steve is nothing short of bad. Always get voicemail when I call and never get a call back. Service sucks.
Just purchased our 2018 wildwood from them and couldn’t of asked for an easier or better transaction. Jacob was great to deal with and took great care of us. Everyone we met there was friendly and great to work with. Their willingness to listen to what we want and meet our needs kept us from looking any further. Purchased a Big Country 5th Wheel in August and am very happy. No pressure during the sale and all my questions were answered. We had a small punch list of about 8 factory defects that were serviced and repaired very efficiently. This even included replacing the vinyl floor in the living room. Thanks for everything Northtown Motor Homes. It looks great!
