Extremely quiet & safe area. Located in a very desirable side of town as well. The studio apartments and actually more like a mini 1 bedroom, not cramped at all. Very up to date and clean inside of apartment as well. 10/10 recommend. Also the AC works extremely well, I typically have it on 74 or 76 in the summer time and it still blows very cold, and this is coming from an extremely hot natured person
Love this place nice quiet apartment been here for three years maintenance people are really awesome. Every time I have a situation I put in my work order come very fast leasing office. They great people they will work with you and give you time if you Late on your rent and they will understand the situation that you end Mrs Caroline He is a nice lady the listing office lady is very nice too have conversation with them. Wonderfully quiet. Maintenance top notch, I had a toilet backup from a guest of mine disposing a pad that created a problem. Maintenance person Chris cam by and fixed within 10 minutes of reporting the problem. I mode here after heart attack, open heart surgery and found the quiet, low activity parking lot outside my door to be just what I needed.
