Booked appointment-didn’t show up, texted where are you-didn’t respond. Responds over hour later-not cool! Came down to being told quote on quote: Look I told you I’m in landscaping not punctual people pleasing make everybody happy I can’t do that that’s humiliating. This person has a lot to learn about good business! I’m paying the company! The biggest thing is to show up when you say you will-if something comes up you let the person know in advance. Last time I checked I would be paying you! Get over yourself!!!!
We are extremely happy with the work Darin and his very capable crew did replacing our cracked and uneven asphalt driveway with interlock brick. The old material was dug up, removed and then a new sub base before was laid before pavers were laid. They made sure every line was straight and the grading was correct to improve rainwater runoff. Super professional job. Would highly recommend Northstead
We recently had our driveway redone by NorthStead Landscaping and are extremely happy with the final result. Do not trust this guy to even show up for an appointment that he made, when I texted him, he said he was on the way, and when I phoned him 40 minuets later he was at home, he couldn't even phone me to say, he's not even going to bother showing up, nothing worse than a lier.
Super super happy with the job that NorthStead did widening our paved driveway with a interlocking brick section, complete with new retaining wall and paver steps. Darin and the team were really professional and friendly, had great ideas of their own, and also open to suggestions along the way. Fully recommend their quality work!
