Super super happy with the job that NorthStead did widening our paved driveway with a interlocking brick section, complete with new retaining wall and paver steps. Darin and the team were really professional and friendly, had great ideas of their own, and also open to suggestions along the way. Fully recommend their quality work!
Darren & his crew did an amazing job on my backyard, fence & front yard. Darren kept me updated all along. His staff worked incredibly hard through all kinds of weather conditions to keep on track. They went above & beyond & I could not be happier with the outcome.

Darin upcharged me on my design fee by 50% saying my job was “bigger” than his usual. I gave him cash happily with expectation of his great service. Then he delivered a design that was a digital video, with no technical measurements or paper drawings for me to keep. He only completed half the discussed job. He then stopped by with his “quote” for labour and materials on the job. Without any details like man hours, rates, material costs listed he quoted me $800,000. I was expecting maybe $300,000.
