Fire their office staff and replace them with competent staff.
Terrible customer service and handling of disability/employment paperwork caused incredible stress during the recovery period. Received a bill a year later (!) for a very small amount ($350), which should have been forgiven as a recognition of such, but Dr. Hartmann refused to do so when I asked. A terrible reminder of a terrible time. Find an office with their act together.
Had an extended tummy tuck just over 4 weeks ago. Dr Hartmann is amazing my results are better then I had dreamed about. My scar is super low barely see it. Any questions I had during recovery were answered promptly. Dr Hartmann was incredibly sweet and I liked having a female doctor made me more comfortable.
I had the most amazing facial at Northstate plastic surgery! I definitely recommend the med spa!

RecommendedYou can't go wrong here. Both surgically and aesthetically, they are fabulous. I have experienced them on both sides and I'm a Registered Nurse, so this is coming from a place of experience. I love them!
I had to have Dr. Thomas fix the mess that Dr. Myers did to my breast reduction. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Myers when he came in to the hospital to do my breast reduction. When I discuss this with him at an appointment He said it was because he didn’t have his coffee yet. He then told everybody in his office including people in the waiting room they could hear him. Im rating Northstate plastic surgery Associates, Inc Better than 5 Stars!! (If that’s possible )😉 Dr. Myers is the most AMAZING Surgeon I’ve ever had. He does things with excellence and is the kindest man in this field that I’ve ever met.He will go the extra mile to make sure his patients are taken care of in the up most professional way. He’s got a Awesome staff.I would highly recommend Northstate Plastic Surgery.
1hr wait to see the doctor. Not a big fan of this place. I understand people run behind but this isn’t a good start to a relationship with a New patient.
