Ron arrived on time for my annual boiler service. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very personable. I’m very pleased with North Star Heating and Cooling.
Had NorthStar come out to do a check on my heating system. Ron was great! He listened to my concerns about a pressure valve leaking water. He gave some feedback on what the causes could be and possible solutions. The problem should be solved now and my boiler got a good once over and is clean, operating smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciate the time Ron took to explain what the problem was and how to solve it.
Installed new furnace and thermostat. Crew was friendly and respectful. Installation was completed in a timely manner.
Correy and Dakotah were both great! They were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to tune up the furnace, and they were both incredibly professional while also being friendly. I would highly recommend both Correy and Dakotah and the work performed through NorthStar Heating and Cooling.
Ron was absolutely fantastic. When our furnace went out we needed someone here quick and someone we knew would be able to fix it right. Ron went above and beyond. After he fixed the problem he went through and tested everything again to make sure it was perfect. Then he looked at another issue I had been sitting on for months and saved me time and money. He was personable and explained everything he was going to do and then while he was doing it. I highly recommend Ron for your heating and cooling needs!!
