Ron was very courteous, friendly and very helpful with recommending how to maintain my boiler system. Routine maintenance and flushing of system
If I could give 10 stars I would. We have an older boiler in our home that has been giving us trouble all winter. At first we worked with a different company in town and were severely disappointed. A friend recommended Northstar, and they have been fantastic. Russ was able to identify the problem and get it fixed for a fraction of the cost that the first company quoted us. We have also had great interactions with the scheduling and office staff. Highly recommend this company.
We had Ron in to service our furnace and give us a quote on some updates. The service was quick and thorough. He was extremely down to earth, honest, and answered every question we had. NorthStar has new customers for life.
Northstar Heating and Cooling is all you could ask for. Fair pricing, and quick service. Our technician, Ron, is the best hired help we’ve had at the house. He was very respectful and knowledgeable as he helped us through our furnace troubles, explaining the issues and available options.
