As a DIY’er I was having problems getting my furnace to keep up with the dropping temps. Replaced a couple basic parts with no luck and was recommended to Northstar. Was able to plan around time frames, Ron made it exactly on time and ran quite a few test. Ron then taught me what the test were, their metrics and what the symptoms ment for the furnace. My 34-year-old furnace finally gave out, and this company absolutely stepped up. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and had a brand-new furnace installed the very next day. They even brought us space heaters so we could stay warm overnight. The financing options were super helpful too. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and professional. We called on Monday Nov 24 inquiring about an estimate on a new boiler.Ray was at our place within 2 hours to do the estimate! All the financial & other paperwork was done right then.
