Very unprofessional. It’s unsafe to live here. “management “ never return calls. Apartments are not updated. And if you speak about repairs you are” causing trouble’ save yourself sometime and Rent elsewhere. They just want your money and the Government assistance.
I lived at the place for a year nothing ever got fixed I was told when I moved in maintenance will be by never saw any one property manager never and the office never answers the phones barley responds to the emails I’ve been out the place for over 2 months still haven’t received my deposit.This is beyond ridiculous
This place is totally and 100% not taken care of. Trash all over. I have been emailing Jamie, the newer manager for 2 months about a broken entry door and one reply was rec'd. a month ago, that a work order has been placed. I have sent follow ups for the issue, with NO reply. Unacceptable. Mike the maintenance guy left and the new person is not even on site. Nobody answers the phone. Do NOT rent here.
