We are in our townhouse with NO hot water and no way to access the hot water heater because it’s a communal hot water heater that’s locked in the maintenance closet. I have lived at LaVilla for almost 11 years! I truly enjoy the area and the townhome/apartments all together. The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s a smaller community and nice. We have went through a lot of owners and staff. Trying to adjust to the change has been a challenge, but they try and work with us the best way they can. I moved in to Quail Run Apartments, on W Memorial Rd., in Oklahoma City, in September of 2024. The Refrigerator was brand new when I moved in (I was the one to pull the plastic off of it). One week after I moved in there was ice freezing in the bottom of the freezer. I cleared it away, and it came back, again. I cleared it away, and it came back again. The Landing on Nine is conveniently located in Norman near the Technology Corridor close to the highway. The view is very nice as the apartment complex is next to The Trails. The staff is friendly and have proven to be very approachable. This is a pleasure to be a part of this multi-dwelling apartment community.
