This review does not reflect on the company as a whole but one person. I have been a resident of Northstar Properties in Norman, Oklahoma at the Landing On 9 since 2018. Me and my family need more space now since there are 3 of us living in a 2b 2ba apartment so I reached out to Savanna Square Harbor to schedule a tour because they have 3b 2ba apartments at their property here in Norman. At the Yukon on 15th property my AC unit has not been cooling properly for over 2 months. I have put in 5 service requests and they tell me the issue has been resolved. The last time the maintenance man never even came into my apartment to check after marking the issue resolved. Another service request submitted so we'll see if this helps at all. At this point, would absolutely not recommend anyone renting here.
Horrible company. Im at quail ridge and have witnessed the office staff and various people committing inappropriate adult relations in the parking lot abd in an empty unit next to ne and after being notified it still continues. Even with kids playing I eye sign. Nothing has been done even after bringing tk their attention. Soninprofediikabm
My experience with Northstar Properties has been nothing but phenomenal even when i thought id be on a decline to nowhere. I’ve lived in Northstar Properties for years now I want to say a total of 5.5 yrs but 3 years straight at a prop I had to move from recently to get back on my feet and currently in one now.
