District on 119 has ROACHES!!!! Stay away if you don’t want to end up living in a roach infested apartment. I lived here for 2 years starting in 2024. The 1st year was great, 0 issues polite neighbors and staff, then they changed management . Less than 3 months after management was changed and 2 months after my upstairs neighbors were allowed to move in, I saw a roach. I immediately put a work order in for pest spray to be completed. This company owns the Quail Ridge Apartments in Oklahoma City. I do not understand how, as the owners and representatives of these apartments, they allow their tenants to go almost 4 days—tomorrow will mark 4 days—without internet. They still charge us the exact same amount without discounting the 4 days of no service that we have experienced. This apartment association is a disaster. I don’t know what we could do to report this to a higher level.

Me and my family need more space now since there are 3 of us living in a 2b 2ba apartment so I reached out to Savanna Square Harbor to schedule a tour because they have 3b 2ba apartments at their property here in Norman.
